Spaghetti Tofu

Let’s go to Emily’s house to learn how to cook this delicious dish

Preheat pan on medium heat
Add 2 tbs olive oil
Saute small onion until golden brown
4 cloves minced garlic
1 can 28 oz can San Marzano Style Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 bay leaves
2 Tbs tomato paste
Simmer ingredients for 20 minutes 

Tofu extra firm
Remove tofu from the package
Cover tofu with a paper towel 
Place a small bowl on top of the tofu and press down to remove water

Put tofu in a bowl and gently break the tofu into little nuggets

Gently mix tofu into sauce.
Simmer 10 minutes

Add to your favorite spaghetti or other pasta
