The stress of the world can be felt in every post, link, and like on the internet and can be overwhelming to those consuming this media. Thankfully, social media isn’t all stress and fear–there are some parts of the internet that dedicate themselves to pure happiness.

Online Therapy

While not a form of social media, online therapy has gained popularity due to social distancing and other COVID safety measures. The world is a stressful place right now and it can be difficult to know where to start when it comes to online therapy. These resources make it a little bit easier. The first is Betterhelp, which connects users to licensed therapists and provides individuals with web-based therapy appointments. No need to go to any office. Users can get the benefits of therapy right from their home. The next resource is TalkSpace. Similar to better help, it connects individuals with online therapy in the form of messaging therapy. Users can send their therapist a message whenever they feel like it, from whatever device they want.
