Watermelon Dippers With Honey Vanilla Yogurt Sauce

We had a chance to meet with Hurley Wellness Center to find the perfect summer treat. We asked for something simple, delicious and, kid-friendly. They suggested Watermelon Dippers! I am so excited to try this simple recipe with my family. Sometimes when we take a staple item like watermelon and “spice it up” we create an unexpected, delightful treat. It is even better when it is as simple as 1 -2 – 3! So much fun, give it a try.

Watermelon Dippers

With Honey Vanilla Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

·            1 small watermelon, cut into sticks or wedges

·           1 cup plain greek yogurt

·            1 tablespoon honey

·            1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

·            ¼  teaspoon vanilla extract

1.            Combine yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.

2.            Serve as a dip with the watermelon.
